** For the safety of children under 3 years old, it is not recommended to use trampolines. If you choose to jump with your child, please always accompany him or her. Opt for a less busy time slot and jump in a less crowded area of the trampolines to minimize the risk of accidents.

*** Adults aged 65 years and older are admitted free of charge when accompanied by at least one paying adult. However, if an adult aged 65 or older is the only accompanying adult with children, they must pay the regular adult admission price.

Frequently Asked Questions

How should we dress?

To fully enjoy the uplå experience, it is highly recommended to follow these clothing guidelines:

Pants and leggings – Highly recommended to reduce the risk of skin irritation on the nets if you fall or slip
Long sleeves – Highly recommended to reduce the risk of skin irritation on the nets if you fall or slip.
On the slides – Tuck your sweater into your pants/leggings to reduce the risk of skin irritation on the nets when sliding.
Jewellery – Do not wear jewellery (earrings, watches, bracelets) on the uplå site to ensure your safety and that of others. We highly recommend leaving your jewelry in a safe place before arriving on-site.
Shoes – Closed shoes are mandatory. Sandals and flip flops are strictly prohibited.
Backpacks and purses – Do not carry backpacks or purses when climbing the nets. Give them to a member of your group or leave them in a safe place before arriving at the uplå site.

Should we bring a water bottle or bottle of water?

Yes! Hydration is important during the activity, so we recommend that you bring a water bottle with you. You can fill it on-site. If you forget your water bottle, you can buy beverages at the Érablière Charbonneau sugar shack located across the street.

Can we eat on-site?

There are picnic tables in the park where you can eat during your reserved time slot. You can also purchase food at the Érablière Charbonneau sugar shack and eat there before or after your reserved time slot.

What is the minimum age required to jump on the trampolines?

To protect the safety of children under 3 years old, the trampolines are not recommended. If you wish to jump with your child, please accompany him or her at all times. Reserve a less busy time slot. Jump in a less crowded area of ​​the trampolines to reduce the risk of accidents.

Do I have to book online or can I show up and pay in cash?

We recommend that you book online

to guarantee your spot. This will also save you time once you arrive to fully immerse yourself in the uplå experience.

If you wish to try your luck and arrive without a reservation, we do accept Interac, Visa, MasterCard and cash.

What is your cancellation policy?

Here’s our cancellation policy.

24 hours before the activity
You can change a reservation* free of charge by notifying us at 1 877 886-5500 within a maximum of 24 hours before the scheduled date of the reserved activity. Please note that no refund or compensation will be offered in the event of a cancellation.
48 hours before the activity
You can change a reservation* free of charge or obtain a refund by notifying us at 1 877 886-5500 within a maximum of 48 hours before the scheduled date of the reserved activity.
If Arbraska must cancel the reserved activity due to extreme weather conditions (thunderstorms or high winds), you will be refunded within 30 days of the date of the activity. You will also be able to postpone the activity to a later date. Please call 1 877 886-5500 for more information.
*Your reserved activity can be changed until November 14, 2022 (at the latest).

Do you close in case of bad weather?

We remain open whether it rains or snows, so please wear clothes that are appropriate for the weather. In the event of a severe thunderstorm or lightning storm, the park reserves the right to temporarily in order to ensure everyone’s safety. In such cases, there will be an announcement on our Facebook page.

Is there parking on-site?

Parking is located in front of the uplå facility, across the street at Arbraska and at the Érablière Charbonneau. In the event of any overflow, other parking spots are available.
